Please post any known SPECIFICS regarding the actual terms and conditions of the Web to Door Acquisition Agreement. The SPECIFIC terms and conditions are critical to holding CEO Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton accountable!

IMO, based on Bobo's oft DEMONSTRATED modus operandi, Web to Door and On Courier 365 will ultimately kiss THE CLOWN and SPRV goodbye! Unfortunately, based on history, the investors may not be told when the WtD and OC365 "exit" actually happens!
