You have been around the OTC market longer than I have. Is their any chance VCPS becomes SEC current again and makes an up move on some kind of news or is this thing a "stick a fork in it" stock?
Anybody else is welcome to give their opinion also.
Another question: At the top of this message board page for VCPS, it says VCPS is a shell risk with a yellow shell next to it. What is the big deal about VCPS being a shell risk?
