If you wanna get technical, the Bollinger Bands are tightening, indicating price volatility. So far trades are still between the bands, indicating at least that expansive "selling" in not on the menu. Yesterday, the price broke through the upper band, a sign to buy. HOWEVER, we are not working in a "free" market per se, since the basis for decisions still have to take into consideration the events on and after 7/31 and the fact that a court will determine the ultimate fate of this stock.
