There is no board of directors. Leep has no money to pay for a board. If we had one JN would be gone by now. A board of directors has a fiduciary responsibility to protect the investors interest in the company. They have many roles to play and one of them is to evaluate the direction of the company. JN would be forced to put out his plan and to keep the board and the shareholders up to date. He would be held accountable for the lack of communication and lack of stock performance. If we had a board we would at least have a quarterly update. We have no Board of Directors.

probably beating each other...well except for JN...now he may be to old for that...so he just watches.

what they actually do at their secret roundtable meetings is unknown, other than to beat the price up(I mean down) as much as they can...
