Let's me make it clear: 10-Q indicated absolutely no dilute since Dec 2017. I was right all these time. Rotflmlao.

Like I said the company trying to market the company by paid the promo 5k, obviously this is a cash transaction. The news was leak out and many peeps PM me and others scare them say the promo gonna dump so they dump shares right at the open market that created a massive scare money dumping amongst with them. Now it's clear share was dump by the shareholders not from the company.
