Can't say I've seen too many Korean new issue, in fact I can't recall any off the top of my head in the last couple years. I have, however, seen a lot of Asian new issue that were brought online by GLED and those tend to be very unpredictable, in a week it could be $2.00 or .02, neither would surprise me...lol.
