no reason for an r/s share structure is right where it needs to be (with the exception that the a/s needs to be formally reduced)

Don't forget the last authorization gave management the right to do another R/S if they thought necessary. With Q/q quarter financials down Q2 and the company totally mute on revenues their is absolutely no reason to expect an uptick on revenues. Poor management IMO.
