Been here for years. Lots of DD will reveal that early on - they wanted to raise money but were taken advantage of by loan sharks and shady investors who diluted heavily. This ruined a lot of their previous financial reporting by the former auditing company - which is why they hired RRBB to clean up the mess - AND also why it's taking forever to do so. It's all in the SEC documents.
Good points ! I have stated similar watching this the last few weeks... If there is a CEO letter coming, he needs to do what eh says and repair OTC and even uplist... Then you will see a $10.00 stock minimum IMHO...
