I hear what you are saying about a lender take over, but the debt level is not large enough.

All dominion or any convertible note holder cares about is selling discounted stock, stock price death spiral more likely than a lender takeover.

On a side note, the cannabis industry is almost as good as stripmall nail salons to launder money, LOL!
