But it would be nickle&diming the Court, since anyone concerned knows that medium-term Expected Value of BIOA is closer to $1.2B within 2-5 yrs at full production with current facilities, as mrtacpans has shown in his analyses. [This is an argument for expecting higher bids. Oracle, Exxon, Cargill, to name a few, while seeking to minimize their costs also know the true value of BIOA.]
