Same thing was said on the PHOT board but they did get their 211 and they are trading! CYPE can do the same. Ibeto is working to clear things up.

what a crock of shit. it's the market maker that fills out and submits the 211 to finra, not the company.

everyone always says that their suspended stock is special, or different. they NEVER are.
