There was a time the answer that question was yes ... if there was a reverse split. At this point a reverse split is wishful thinking because most likely the company is going dark. Cb moved on left it behind. Never thought I'd yearn for the day for a reverse but, at least that would mean he was still doing something for this company. License expired weeks ago
