Oh yes, talk of acquisitions or joint ventures can go on for more than a year or so. Such as with the other company that wants to do a joint venture with Supreme sweets. They have been talking about that for well over a year and the CEO even put out a PR it would happen by last March. Still waiting. With these small sub penny stocks I believe it when I see it because much of it is no more than talk.
