Fluffy? Yes. But not terrible. Fluffy because it is not particularly important relative to trial advancement, partnerships, buyouts, and/or trial results.

I find it a bit puzzling as well. How much of an advantage is this over "rinse and spit"? Just doesn't seem like a big deal at all.
