I have asked in an email I sent today. Sometimes they answer my emails and sometimes they don't. I have been told that the nicer that you are, in the language in the email, the quicker the response will be. Well, when my investment in this is down 50% its kinda hard to be real nice, but I did my best. Maybe someone else that has only lost....ummm....maybe 5 or 10% can be a bit nicer than me and try.
