Just alone the patents are easy money feel like this should cost more then a 1.00 should be 4.00 minimum we will see

They have 50+ patents approved in US, 36 in Europe and remaining in Brazil, Spain and India. In addition to that there are trademarks and trade-secrets that are not disclosed publicly which carries high value IMO.
