Don't you just love the smell of justice in the morning? Hopefully LaChapelle, Bado, Profita, Stannard and DiFranza all end up joining Zouvas one day soon. I truly hope my detailed SEC complaint on VCPS somehow helps in future legal preceding against them.
So... just to confirm what we learned from this entire scam:
VCPS got in bed with a “criminal” attorney, Luke Zouvas from Zouvas & Associates, who is now under indictment for penny stock fraud in which VCPS is named as one of the parties.
This is probably obvious by now, but I believe that VCPS management never had the intention of completing their app. Instead, they paid to have their stock heavily promoted and lied through their teeth about its development. Their patents amounted to absolutely nothing and ended with stage 9 of 13.
VCPS couldn’t afford to pay MaloneBailey, so now they don’t have an accounting/audit firm, which pretty much means no more financials.
VCPS currently sits at no bid with a tainted reputation and an ask of 392 million. Now it all makes sense as to why the ask increased so drastically. I think it’s fair to say this indictment news was the final nail in the coffin. Up next, Caveat Emptor.
