krays it certainly appears that way. I just don't understand how POSCO can keep FCEL out. Now that there is no MOU, no manufacturing rights, existing royalties remain, POSCO would have to buy any future equipment from FCEL for their plants. The POSCO manufacturing plant was for BOP balance of plant equipment with the stacks coming from CT. Could there be a non-compete in effect? Always have appreciated your input as well.
