Maybe that is accurate, since it was issued on the third, and trading ended at that time (early due to the holiday)

It seems that the party that can't get it right is OTCMarkets.

The suspension information presented at the link, is a copy of what is at the SEC.gov web site. See the word "Original" at the bottom of the OTCMarkets page? The "Original" says p.m., but it's a.m. at the OTCM link.

Actually, I think it was OTC market that messed it up. If you go to the link you just sent at the bottom click on “original” and it shows the original document saying 11:59pm not am.

I don’t know how that happened though. I can’t imagine they copy it by typing it word for word. They must at least copy and paste right?
