You’re completely wrong in this. A/S increase puts company market cap at $4m which is more inline with Galaxy valuation based on its 2017 revenues according to COO interview:

They are trying to create a panic sell cause dilution in OTC is usually a cause to panic but if you do your DD you’ll realize there’s no reason to panic, it’s more of an opportunity cause remember Galaxy is projecting $20m revenue for $2018/2019! $FLCR
