Cash Flow statement is the most useless statement out there and I'm shocked that a CFA would make it sound so important. How many companies in penny land don't make small errors every now and again? I'm not absolving them of it. I'm simply saying you're making a mountain of a molehill. POTN will generate positive cash flow as they get larger market share and sales and earnings. It's in the future for them no doubt. In their second year of true operations they knew they had to really chase market share. Given the type of business they have marketing is the most crucial piece of this hence the cash drain. As they mature this will level off but sales will continue to rise as word of mouth / customer loyalty will help propel sales higher on their own.
