How much does it cost to produce quarterly reports??? A Dir of Finance on staff and an outside auditor, which they presumably used previously, are all you need, no? Of course, there are hard and indirect costs to reporting, but that's the cost of doing business.
Cost savings seem like a lame excuse, especially when $BIOAQ will almost certainly need to produce that information to the court and PWC and bidders. JMO
