That is the funniest thing I have seen in some time on the OTC, our reports are too large so we need to edit them lol.

For one even if all of the reports were 340 pages most of the information would be the same in the reports, further if it was the JV party they would really only care about the more recent annual reports and quarterlies, you would not care about annual or quarterly reports from '15 or '16 as they'd hold little bearing on the current operations.

Not to mention no OTC pink sheet stock has a non audited annual report that is 300 pages, sorry. Even other mining companies who are fully reporting are no more than 50 pages.

GNCP has some old worthless claims. No bankable feasibility studies have ever been done. Even had one been done, if it showed any proven reserves, SEC Industry Guide 7 still prohibits a value from being attributed to in ground gold.
