Alas, some things reported here during that last few months cannot be easily explained -- indeed, some things simply cannot be explained ... without a fiction writer on staff, it seems to me. Business is based on trust. Even the trading of the pinkest of pink stocks requires a modicum of accepting the ups and downs of the game, played by the rules. When rules of honesty are abandoned trust dissipates. What might have started out as a good idea half a decade ago appears to have failed to reach prime objectives. Universal trust is long gone. (You would think some folks would like to explain their figures and data -- but they can't, reasonably.) And ... it's simply not possible to pump a drop of water out of a dry well ... unless you get a few pals to dump a few cases of bottled water into the well. Perhaps some one else has a different point of view.
