You said it! Just imagine if MMEX makes enough dough from the storage/transport facility to cover the down payment for the refinery and to call back convertible debt. Then we're in serious cash! IMO

No it will not, because the pro mmexers will just keep making excuses, extending the time frame. How long do you wait? A day, a week, a month, a year, two years, it could go on for years and years!!
