Getting a reverse split on top of that will be a brutal crime.

Reverse splits in and of themselves are mostly meaningsless. It doesn't change the fractional ownership of the company per share.

AIG was trading 1.25 PPS before split. After split it was 20 plus PPS. A lot of shares removed to raise price to relist.
