I would love it if someone here with more experience than me in these types of scenarios, could share examples of stocks that jumped to a $1 with Shares Issued at 6.5 Billion? Or just the the fact the float is Over 4 Billion. Can a stock move substantially with that many shares available & no Institutional Investors able to purchase? I see some of you here claiming a dollar or more yet my gut says you are selling by .0005 or around there.
