I can understand that he is afraid of rs because everyone who trades otc can be scared in general without doing DD..
What I don't understand is why he wasn't scared before (since they had approval until June 30th) and is freaking out now when they have way better balance sheet (=less likely to have rs) and ratio for rs much smaller than before.
What I'm trying to point it out that there is simple either not logic behind his trading or he is lacking knowledge ..
I'm betting the higher pps goes, he will post more and more because he will freak out the he is missing out lol

What we should be focusing on is incredible benefits of uplisting.
CVSI is going to be in a different class with access to not only more investors and traders but also institutions.
Not to mention that if there is going to be any financing needed for expansion, you can get much better deal while on big board. Easier and more favorable offerings to rise capital. Etc etc..
rs if needed, is very neutral step in case of cvsi since we have no convertible debt on books.. uplisting on the other hand is going to be massive development with huge benefits..

True. This is not 000 00 land.

Some people are just brainwashed into thinking r/s is bad. It’s just an accounting trick to change the slices of a pie proportionally. It does NOT change anyone’s percentage of ownership, therefore it is irrelevant and a waste of time to discuss and worry about.
