Lehman Brothers Holdings Intermediate 2 Ltd. (“LBHI2”), Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (“LBHI”), Elliott Management and King Street Capital Management, L.P. created a strategic joint venture Venture that aligns their interests in Lehman Brothers International (Europe) (in administration) (“LBIE”).

Now they will pay the higher ranking credititors in full .thought in August.
There is already a settlement.
Lbie and subs are already extended till 2020 or later. My opinion is that if higher creditors are paid. The joint venture will take over and ending this bankruptcy
