DIP financing could very well have 100million options at .03. That’s where the stock was trading when it occured and that’s how much 3million dollars is at .03

Probably a superpreferred option but on a sale of a company it’s the same as 100million.

Again I still think it goes to a minimum minimum of .10. Probably more like .20
