last 2 quarters NVTQF posted zero revenue plus little dilution i believe that is why share price went down. But they got some good contracts from UNITED NATIONS.. because of those contracts the company diluted some shares (now about 50 million outstanding shares) to prepare devices to sell UN. i guess we will see the result of those contracts as revenue maybe this quarter or next quarter. They posted a very good presentation about 2019 plan. looks like they have a solid revenue model (read the presentation http://novateqni.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/NovaTeqni-NovaVOLT-041618-final-printfor-website.pdf ). i will add at this price as much as i can. i believe sometime this year or next year possible to make some good money. it is my opinion.
