Regarding how investment $s are distributed in China, you are more optimistic than I. I get that Apple is dedicated to having clean energy facilities, wherever they are, in China efforts to go in one direction are often re-routed for seemingly good reasons. Anyway, the headline is great for Apple in China and in that regard maybe shareholders will benefit.
