The reason to use the ATM is to raise capital when needed,without causing the stock to drop from the offering,and it`s typical discount to market price,of 20%,and then another 30% down from the thieves and their Algo`s. Adxs could`ve done it and we won`t find out until they file,by then we could have real news and it will be in the rear view window. Would it have been smart if it was Adxs accessing the ATM today? We can`t answer that,because it looks like taking the 20 million at 2.00 was prudent,considering the current share price and cash position. The more of a cash runway Adxs has past the going concern threshold,the better for bargaining any deals.

Blue I was thinking the same thing, that Berlin was selling shares via the ATM. It didn't make sense that their was such high buying volume on great news but the stock barely went up. They don't have to PR when they sell shares via the ATM. Hope they are about to announce an AXAL deal. It's almost surreal how much value the company has lost. Years of mismamsgmemt caught up to us. The lesson learned is that poor management can override any value from a promising platform from an investment perspective.
