You should definitely contact both brokers. If you had purchased shares at some point and were still holding them when you transferred your account, then you should still own those shares. The current debacle is exclusive to the divi shares that were never filed with the SEC.

This guy really should stop with his everlasting scamming. Someday, someone is going to get very upset with him.
