Trial time line.
At this point all we have to go by is last go around. This trial is much simpler and really only has one arm and then placebo. Last trial took 12 months from first dosing til the last patient took their final treatment and that was on 150 patients with 3 total arms including placebo. Then 2 months until top line results. Current trial will only have 100 patients. That should make for a significantly shorter trial IMO. I've said in the past maybe 12-14 months. I could easily see 10 months to have all patient treatment completed and then 6-8 weeks for top line results which should be much easier to analyze this time. Whether we dosed first patient 2 weeks ago or 2 months from now, it really only matters when the last of the patients complete treatment. I'm hoping for results next summer. We shall see.
