Don't talk about TMPS BK unless you think it's a possibility in the near term. That was the conversation you butted in on. I am willing to give TMPS the benefit of the doubt because of The Johan.
To break it down Barney style, TMPS may be forced into BK in any number of ways. However, in all scenarios, The Johan ends up with the company after BK. TMPS may be unwittingly duped into doing a BK.
And, with the lack of TMPS disclosures in SEC filings, a TMPS BK could happen one day. And, on the next day TMPS is out of BK. And, The Johan makes out like a bandit. Just in case anyone is thinking this impossible, Goggle "Pre-packaged Bankruptcy."
