You sounds like an active investor like carl icahn and warren buffett .They like to change mgmt and their working through investments but you are wasting all your energy here.You should send them email and tweets to bring the change you want.For me it is not multi billion $$ company that has everything in place.This is development stage company and just started.You cant expect every thing glossy for a development stage company.It takes time.More over if you dont like this company get out and invest somewhere else.I really could not understand your purpose in this board.
