Dilution door basically closed even for quite small amounts of cash.
Dividend gimmick to be decided at some time in the future didn’t work for Dan and Solomon.
They even had the audacity to say that they had considered a share buyback when at the same CC Solomon said they might raise up to $5M by dilution.Wishful thinking now especially after the dividend promise.
