but i definitely tried calling him and couldn't get through.

"assuming" it's true, this is not binding as long it's not in the filings. he can get up tomorrow morning and change his mind to convert.

and the fact that he raised the a/s to 1.5 billion tells me everything what's 'really' on his mind. it's pump and dump!

and it might be a good investment after the r/s assuming financials are good.
