The #dividend hashtag confirms yesterday's PR for me. Thing is, we still don't know what the dividend is. How many shares are they giving us? If you sell now, you don't get the dividend most likely, because they also didn't tell us the date when the shareholders of record are counted. Or the date of the RS.
I certainly wouldn't be selling with an undisclosed PSNXd share dividend pending. If PSNXd keeps performing the way I think it will, this could be a big win for MSPC shareholders, depending on how generous Metrospaces decides to be.
That said, the cannabis real estate acquisition and uplisting plans for MSPC, per the most recent tweet, give some context to the RS, and considering how undervalued MSPC is currently, MSPC shareholders could get a double-win here in the SP appreciation of MSPC stock, in addition to the PSNXD dividend.
