The recent 4.7 earthquake to the south of Israel will absolutely transfer pressure through the plate fault lines passing upwards into Israel (within 2 days is my prediction). The world's earthquakes originate as very deep earthquakes in the ring of fire off the coast of Zew Zealand and they make a circuit through fault lines around the globe - ending at their termination fault lines in the mid-Atlantic Ocean where the pressure goes back down into the Earth's core.
