I find it all a refreshing indicator of "they've finally got it".

More than enough to wrap up Spanish Springs 40k and build out another location assuming structure already in place.

Lesser performing dispo exchanged for a 40k a "no brainer". Additional dispo, better location (all within the same proceeds) a huge bonus.

Again, seems to me "they've finally got it/this game" ;) They just funded additional (better performing) ops and didn't have to touch the 40MM infusion to do it.

I think you just hit the nail on the head. If TRTC wants a better, more visible location in LV one of the locations had to go. I've been to Western. It wasn't the best location there. BTW, I shared an Uber ride with a couple and we just happened to be going to the same Western dispenser.
