are you really sure the present O/S is that much?remember they had a R/S on June 1st,so wouldn't the O/S be much less than it was in March? Quoting from the SEC filing dated 6/1/18:

The Reverse Stock Split will reduce the number of outstanding shares of the Company’s common stock from approximately 36.1 million shares to approximately 2.4 million shares.

My calculation is that with the 5.7 million share offerings since then,the present O/S should be around 9.1 million(2.4 + 5.7)?
Am I missing something?
