If this goes to trial defendant's assets will be frozen and they can't make any transactions. They have to settle.

Yup, waiting to hear something soon. This is almost the middle of the month, news could be around the corner. I don't believe the defendants would take the risk of trial outcomes. Settlement would save time, resources and lots of associated anxiety. Who knows how thing turns if this ever goes to trial.
