I think most shareholders would be happy with some representation of a company, even if it isn't a billion dollar company. :)

Shareholders can be very patient if the company's leadership is considerate to their needs which at the top of the list is some form of communication. The company doesn't update their website, doesn't have a Twitter or Facebook account.

There are many ways to share the progress of your company to your shareholders without fluff, but at this point, even a fart in the wind would help.

Here's a template:

We indicated in our last filing that the Company was pursuing domestic opportunities as well as continuing to focus on solutions for the US military and the US Department of State. Here is an update of our progress.

Since our last filing, the company has completed construction of its first Tiny Home for a western based customer. Here is an update of our progress.

As mentioned in our last filing, engineering for a modern two story residence in the western USA started in the Spring. Here is an update of our progress.

One could argue that the lack of communication will be the reason why many will dump their shares as soon as there's the slightest bit of opportunity. Why not? There's no good will built up between the company and shareholders. There's no relationship which means there's no meaning.

I'm guessing no one wants to wait another 20 years. :) That being said, I'm also guessing it's pointless for a majority of us to get out. So here we wait. It's sad when you go so long without hearing anything that disgruntled chatter is a welcome sight.
