Only true if you don't add context. The $6.50 share price was down from $20+, the 100 employees were a huge waste of money, should have been 35, and his strategy for ADXS was in the end not funded, as he failed bigly to get cash up front for NEO.

As a result, the $100m in cash was barely more than 12 months spending money at his burn rate, he had no funding for p3 for AXAL, PSA, etc and his firing save him from taking the blame for the tanking share price and inevitable $2 dilution.
