As written in my post the email was received on 6/27/18 which would imply the rollout should be released no latter than Wednesday of next week 7/18/18.
It would appear they were not so accurate about this timeline either. August 31st appears to be the new date based on today's PR. I guess on August 31st we will know if there will be another delay and scheduled rollout date.
