Too funny....I don’t know anyone who does the exact same thing over and over and over again and expects different results. People who improve on their performance are constantly tweaking their routine to find a better way. Why even the scientists behind DCTH have changed and refined their techniques. The entire Scientific Method is based upon learning from your mistakes and modifying your hypothesis. Maybe if management had refined their methods.... shareholders wouldn’t be so far underwater.
