William Alessi applied for custodianship of DKTS in Texas but the case died and the entity has yet to be reinstated

According to the last entry in the Harris County court system from October 2, 2017, William Alessi made a motion for a default judgment asking the court to assign Angela Collette as the receiver, but the court never granted the motion.

That was over 9 months ago so in my experience when a receivership motion goes that long without being granted it isn't going to be granted.

Thank you for the heads up. I personally consider the petition dead, but I have been keeping an eye on it just in case.
