That is a false statement. According to their press releases there is a deal in the Phillipines, a deal in Pakistan, and now a deal in Europe. They have 3 deals NOT zero as you claim.
The company is very real and not a scam. How could it do an above market offering with pharma players it it was a scam? Pharma does due diligence and wont invest in a scam. Sometimes there are failures like theranos but that is few and far between.
